Haze Guitar Giveaway Official Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Haze Guitar (Australia)
Competition Period: From the date of the first official giveaway post until 28 February 2026 at 11:59 PM (AEST).

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open worldwide. Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age from the selected winner. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Haze Guitar are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

Participants may enter via any official Haze Guitar social media channel, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube. To enter, participants must follow Haze Guitar, like any official competition post, comment on the post, and share the post.

There may be multiple official giveaway posts during the competition period. Engaging with additional official posts may increase the chances of selection. Only genuine engagement will be considered valid. The Promoter reserves sole discretion in determining the validity of entries.

3. Fair Entry Policy

All entries may be manually and/or digitally reviewed. Automated entries, bot activity, fake or duplicate accounts, VPN farming, coordinated engagement groups, or any attempt to manipulate the giveaway will result in disqualification. Haze Guitar reserves the right to exclude any account it reasonably believes to be inauthentic. All decisions are final.

4. Prize

The winner will receive a Haze Guitar issued via a digital gift card redeemable exclusively at hazeguitar.com.au for the specified giveaway guitar model that they choose.

The gift card is valid only for the specified model, is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for alternative products. The gift card must be redeemed within 7 days of issue. If not redeemed within this period, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 72 hours of the competition closing. The winner will be notified via direct message and/or public announcement. The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture and a redraw.

For security purposes, all official winner notifications will be sent only from Haze Guitar’s verified account (@haze_guitar). Haze Guitar will never request payment, banking details, or personal financial information in order to claim a prize. Any communication from other accounts claiming to represent this giveaway should be treated as fraudulent.

6. Winner Information

The selected winner must provide their full name, shipping address, and valid email address. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and request reasonable proof of identity and age before prize fulfilment.

7. Shipping

Free standard shipping is available within Australia. International winners are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges. Shipping fees must be paid prior to dispatch. Haze Guitar is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

8. Winner Feature

As part of the giveaway experience, the selected winner agrees to share short original video content featuring the guitar (such as an unboxing or first play) and tag Haze Guitar. This allows us to celebrate real winners and maintain transparency within our community. This is mandatory. 

9. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any other social media platform.

10. Rights Reserved

Haze Guitar reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify any participant who tampers with the process, modify or cancel the giveaway if necessary, and substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required. All decisions are final and binding.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway, prize fulfilment, and marketing communications where consent is provided. Information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
